5 Travel Essentials For Any Trip

Whether it’s for business or pleasure, traveling can sometimes be strenuous especially with all the restrictions and rules. (Trust me I’ve experienced it all). Here are my 5 favorite travel necessities that will make your trip just a little smoother and more relaxing.

A Versatile Carry-On Luggage

The perfect carry-on item is a necessity for any form of travel. I personally love a small, colorful suitcase. Not only is it easy to see on the luggage carousel (if you need to check it in), but with it’s spinning wheels, this carry-on is perfect for any terminal.

The Perfect Makeup Bag

Carrying all your makeup and accessories in one bag can be pretty difficult. This trio bag set by Henri Bendel has been my savior. Not only can I fit all my makeup in these bags, but it’s great for organizing accessories or jewelry.

An Energy Bar to Keep Me Going

The bars I currently am obsessed with are KIND Bars. Packed with nuts and nutrients, they’re super healthy and tasty. If you’re hungry and don’t have time to sit down and eat, these are the bars for you. My favorite to reach for is the Almond Cashew With Flax + Omega 3 (the bar I had on my flight yesterday). Whatever flavor you choose, you won’t be disappointed.

A Comfy, Yet Stylish Shoe

Airport shoes are the absolute worst to shop for. You need a shoe that’s comfortable, stylish, and easy to slip off for security. My favorite shoe to wear is a pair of Sam Edelman flats. Not only are they the most comfortable flats I’ve ever encountered, but they are adorable and perfect for any outfit you wear to the airport. Plus, you won’t have to pack an extra pair of shoes since they are so versatile and come in almost any color.

A Cardigan to Keep Warm

Flights can be chilly, so a cardigan is the perfect thing to warm you up. It’s very compact and can be a pillow to rest your head on. I consider it the all-in-one clothing item.
